• This service is managed by a professional team of Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Expeditors.

• The Supply Chain Coordinator will monitor each order of the client alongside the vendor/sub- vendor and supplier/sub-supplier. He then passes on all information’s to the team leader, where he analyzes the situation, for any requirements for site expediting/inspection and then informs client through a single project report that covers each order details, pertaining to the project.

• This helps client to have a single report for all the orders placed on the entire project, detailing the status of each, helping them to save significant time in compiling individual order details onto a single report.
